Another tie game as the Sharks pick up their first point of the young season. Sharks Captain Nate McNaughtry with the trick! Nick Piccolo also with a goal. Steve Wink, Mike Nalepa, Jamie Smith and Harrison Twp. resident, sub John McNeilly tally for the men in yellow. This was a penalty free game.

Paul Elsey Jr. leads the Hawks with the deuce. Singles for Brian Moore, Dave Rupprecht and sub Jimmy Deegan. Returning from a serious upper body injury – Larry “School Boy” Rowe with a two assist game. Habs – Anthony Amato(2) and sub Ryan O’Rourke. Another penalty free game.

Mr. Trevor Wrobel with a huge four goal game leads the Flyers to the W! The Flyers score their last two goals shorthanded on the same shift! Mark Rogers(SH) and Billy Reiss with goals. James Robbie scores twice for the Bruins. Providence call up John McNeilly with their initial marker.

The still undefeated Wings play with nine players today, as they had no sub for Steve Bayagich. The Wagner boys – Zach(GW) and Nate(PP) were the Wings marksman. Spark-plug Anthony Amato with the Habs goal. Winning goalie Joe Polizzi and the Habs Billy Schaugg both with excellent games between the pipes! No stranger to the sin bin – Habs defenseman Lou “The Butcher” Suvak, carves up three penalties and an early game exit.

Winning five of their first six games of the season, the Hawks are now tied for first place with the undefeated Wings. Hawks goalie Kris “King” Arthur let absolutely no-one past his moat today, as he shined in nets! Brian Moore and Dave Rupprecht were the goal scorers. No Sharks sightings.
