The Hawks clinch the top spot with the victory over the Habs.  The league’s leading points and goal scorer Zach Wagner with the deuce.  Craig Maisonneuve and Harrison Twp. resident John McNeilly(Also 3 Helpers) with singles.  Goaler “Smoking” Joe Polizzi with a very light workload.  Habs sub “Downtown” Jimmy Brown with their only goal.

A well played even game as the score indicates.  “Angry” Joey Ventimiglio and Ward Peterson tally for the Fish.  Donnie Rivera and Craig Bastuba were the Bruins marksman.  Both goalies – Dar and Bruins sub E. Miller with excellent games in nets.

This could have been a first!  The Wings field their entire roster with no subs today!  Big Rob Rowling with a two goal game.  Singles for Jeff Ivory and Paul “Stork” Erikson.  Kris “King” Arthur with the ten save whitewash.  No Flyers highlights, as their roster is scattered with five subs today.

Thursday morning, Hawks center and Troy complex employee Zach Wagner skypes with injured teammate and mentor Robbie Olmstead, who implores Zach to pour it on today and take no prisoners!  That he did – as Zach scores all of his teams five goals in this game!  Nice game Zach!   Sharks – Nate McNaughtry, Joey Ventimiglio and Ward Peterson.  Peterson picks up an unsportsmanlike conduct minor penalty late in the game.

The Bruins methodically dismantle this dysfunctional Flyers squad, who get blanked on the day and only have recored three wins in 24 games this season!  Ouch!  Even sub Billy Mac Jr. in nets today could not make a difference for this team.  Regular goalie Billy Schaugg needed a mental break off this week to hopefully rejuvenate for the playoffs next week.  Donnie Rivera with the deuce.  Singles for John Cornish, Joey Reiss and Mike “Padre” Nalepa(Also 3 Assists).

The Habs surprise the Wings behind the two goal effort of master facilitator Mark Rogers.  Singles for Steve Lemieux, Pierre Dugas, Jimmy Brown and Steve Bayagich.  Wings – Scott Chodun(2), Rob Rowling and Paul Erikson.
