HABS    8     FLYERS   0

WINGS   3     SHARKS    3

The Wings secure a point in this game with the immeasurable help of the sixth man on the ice – the bearded referee!  You never know what this guy is going to call!  Numerous highly questionable calls against the Sharks highlighted this contest.  The most grievous call was a double minor unsportsmanlike penalty against the Sharks Jim Puffer with six minutes left in the game and the Sharks up 3-2, which ultimately led to the Wings game tying power play goal.  Mike Nalepa with two goals for the Wings.  Sub Mark Rogers with the power play tying goal.  Nate McNaughtry with a two goal game for the Sharks.  Pierre Dugas with a single.
