Five first period Bruins goals put this game away early!  Doing what he does best – Nick Piccolo scores the Bruins first goal of the game as he records the trick!  Sting rookie Ron Nanney with the deuce.  Oh – and Rob Rowling also scored.  Sub goalie E. Miller with a very light workload.  Rich Artymovich with the lone French goal.

WINGS   7    FLYERS   4

The marquee game of the night, as the high flying Wings total 14 goals in today’s game below their total of 19 last week!  Emmett Wagner and Joe Robillard both with two goal games.  Singles for Dougie Roehl, Terry Boyette and Zach Wagner.  The first place Wings are now undefeated in their past six games.  Flyers – Danny Rea, Trevor Wrobel, Chris Robillard and after years of toiling in the “R'” league and deservedly finally making it to the show – the highly excited defenseman – Kenny “Prime Time” Wilkins!

The Bruins sweep on the day as rookie Ron Nanney scores his first of three goals 29 ticks into the game!  Mike T. Brown, Nick Piccolo and on his patented inside outside move – Rex Baker with singles.  Mark Micolo and sub Paul Erikson score for the last place Sharks, who have one win on the season and are winless in their past nine games.

HAWKS   3      HABS   2

A well played game, as winning goalie Greg “Bruce” Sutter and Billy Papciak of the Habs excel in nets!  Young Trevor Knight snaps the 2-2 tie for the Hawks.  Brian Moore and Mike Nalepa also score.  Formerly one of St. Clair Shores finest – Billy Reiss goes twine twice for the Habs.
