BRUINS   7   HABS   3

A game of high magnitude with first place ramifications as the Bruins roll against the French guys!  Captain Rob Rowling with the “Trick of Treat” for his Bruins!  Singles for Jeff Steiber, John Cornish, Rob Montgomery and sub Kenny “Prime Time” Wilkins, who also pitched in three helpers.  Joey Reiss with a second consecutive two goal game for the Habs.  Jim Roble with their middle goal.

Deuces wild for “Angry” Joe Ventimiglio and young sub Mark Micolo Jr.  Dad Mark with a goal and three assists and sub Ryan O’Rourke also score.  Steve Lemieux, Trevor Wrobel and Mike “Padre” Nalepa tally for the Flyers.  In a very un-Padre like act – Nalepa incurs a solo roughing minor penalty.

Center Mr. Brian Moore scores the Hawks first four goals as they edge the WIngs.  Winger Mike Garlick with the game winning goal.  Wings – Pat “The Best” Wosek, Paul Vioalssi, Scott Chodun and sub J. Olmstead.

Can we say retribution?  Long time Hab Billy Reiss was discarded by family management of the Habs this season and became a Hawk.  Mr. Billy Reiss only racked up a career five goal game and rode his stick like a broom on his final goal this Halloween night!  Mike Garlick and sub Egrin also score.  The Hawks are undefeated in their past seven games and now only trail the first place Habs by a single point.  Having a wonderful season thus far – Jim Roble with the tour du chapeau for the Habs.  The red hot Joey Reiss with their final tally in this penalty free game.

Whoa!  The Bruins fill up the entire score sheet as they dent the twice 17 times today on their sweep.  Mr. Rob Rowling with a four goal game and seven on the night!  Nice DH Rob!  Larry “School Boy” Rowe, John Cornish, Rob “The Full Monty” Montgomery and subs Kenny Wilkins, Mike Ala(Also Four Assists) and Chris Robillard(Also Four Helpers) all find the back of the net.  The third place Bruins are now only two points behind the first place Habs.  Sharks – Anthony Amato, Mark Micolo and subs Mark Jr. and Ryan O’Rourke.

Finally a mention of a goalie in this goal fest Halloween!  Wings puck stopper Dar with an outstanding game between the pipes!  Young sub J. Olmstead with the trick for the Wings.  On the other end of the age spectrum – Terry Boyette and Paul Vioalssi also score.  The reeling Flyers who now reside in the basement, have now dropped their past two doubleheaders.

The Red WIngs have officially retired eight numbers.
