Hawks go up 4 zip after one period. The Frenchmen roar back for the rousing tie! Mike “Padre” Nalepa with an even strength and shorthanded goals and two assists for the Hawks, as he factors in on all of their goals. Robbie Olmstead and Brian Moore also score for the Hawks. Joey Reiss with the first and final goals for the Habs. Chris Robillard and Paul “The Night of the Living Dead” Erikson also with French goals.

Mark Micolo leads his Sharks with a two goal game. Singles for Richey Artymovich, Ian Axworthy, Ron Nanney and Mike Brown. Goalie Gordy Nadolsky with an assist. Jeff Steiber leads the Bruins with a two goal game. Jim Roble, Dougie Roehl and “Angry” Joe also with Sharks goals. Another penalty free game.

The Sharks had no answer for the top line of the Hawks! Mr. Brian Moore(4 Goals), Mike Nalepa(2 & 2) and Robbie Olmstead(5 Helpers) total 13 points in the game for the Hawks victory! Mark Micolo with another two goal game for the Sharks. Ian Axworthy and Warren native Steve Bayagich also score.

Both teams split on the day as Bruins puck stopper Kris “King” Arthur shines in nets! Jim Roble scores twice for the Bruins. Singles for Jeff Steiber, Rob Rowling and sub Scott “Bobby” Mercer. Mike Riddle with the lone Flyers marker.

“Smoking” Joe Polizzi had his glove hand working this game as he blanks the Wings! The Frenchmen score two shorthanded goals! Chris Robillard scores twice for the Habs – one of the short handed variety. Defenseman Danny Rea and Brendan Brosnan(SH) also find the back of the net. No Wings highlights as they drop a deuce today. Habs Captain Joey Reiss incurs a solo roughing minor penalty.
