ONE WEEK(2 GAMES) LEFT IN THE SECOND HALF SEASON!  WE HAVE THE HAWKS UP BY A SINGLE POINT OVER THE HABS AND THE SHARKS!  BUCKLE UP FOR NEXT WEEK’S GAMES!

HAWKS   4     FLYERS   2

Fours subs for the Hawks including the goalie and all three subs do the Hawks scoring!  Jeff “Marine” Steiver with the deuce.  Singles for Mike Ala and Paul “Stork” Erikson.  Sub goaler Mike Schlimgen stood tall in nets.  Donnie Riviera and sub Stacey score for the Flyers.

WINGS   4     BRUINS   1

The Wings play a strong game and defeat Baker’s Bruins.  Steve Bayagich, Brian Moore, Mike T. Brown and returning from his multi-year Sting suspension and now promising to behave on the ice – Andy Helmuth.  “Smoking” Joe Polizzi had the glove hand working today!  Joey Reiss with the lone Bruins goal.

SHARKS   8   HABS   0

Whoa!  Five subs today and the Sharks blow out the Habs!  Billy Mac Jr. with the hat trick!  Sub Scott Bozyk with a two goal game.  Singles for sub Paul “Brett Michael’s” Violassi, Lloyd Rogers and Ward Peterson.  Sub Jim “Vin” Scully with the hat trick assist.  Absolutely no French highlights!

BRUINS   2    HAWKS   1

Da Bruins score twice in the games last six minutes to upend the Hawks!  Joey Reiss and Mike Nalepa with the Bruins markers.  Steve “Mario” Lemieux scores for the Hawks in this penalty free game.  Winning goalie Kris Arthur and Hawks sub Mike Schlimgen both with strong games between the pipes.

Another nail biter as Sharks sub Scott Bozyk score’s both goals for the Fish.  His final game winning goal came on the power play.  Ryan Boyette with the Wings marker.  Sharks sub goalie “Rickie” Nelson shined in nets!

HABS   4     FLYERS   3

The Frenchmen needed this W and they did not disappoint.  Scott Chodun, John Cornish, Pierre Dugas and with the game winning goal- Dougie Roehl, light the lamp for the Frenchmen.  Mike Riddle, Pat “The Beast” Wosek and sub Stacey do the honors for the Flyers as they drop a deuce today.
