HAWKS    4     WINGS   2

Providence call ups Greg Stacy(2) and Jeff “Marine” Steiber(1) pay dividends for the Hawks, as they defeat the visiting Wings.  Rob “Rickie” Middleton with a short side low laser for their second goal.  Hawks puck stopper Keith Konnie with an excellent game in nets.  Before the game, Wings forward Robbie Olmstead was telling me how he has no backhand anymore. Yea right!  Olmstead goes top shelf backhand in the final period.  Left defenseman Ryan Boyette with a blast from the point for the Wings initial marker.  Nursing a lower body injury – Wings defenseman Jim Puffer watched his teammates from behind the glass.

SHARKS   5   FLYERS   2

“The Kid” Greg Calvin with the trick for the Sharks!  That is coming off his five goal effort in game two last week!  Singles for “Angry” Joey Ventimiglio and sub “Smiling” Scott Davenport.  Hmm.  This team has many faces!  Jimmy “Jets” Galloway with four helpers!  Big Rob Rowling and “Midtown” Mikey Brown with the Flyers goals.

HABS    5   BRUINS   3

The league welcomes the return of Habs goalie Dar from his six week stint on the DL with a grade one concussion!  Welcome back Dar!  Bryan Prentice with the deuce.  Singles for Larry Rowe, Steve Bittner and sub Paul “Stork” Erickson.  Marty Papesh, John McNeilly and Mike Nalepa do the honors for the men in yellow.

HABS    5     HAWKS   3

The Hawks jump out to a quick 3-0 first period lead, only to see the Habs roar back and tie it up 3-3 before the end of the first period!  Five unanswered tap in rebound goals for the Frenchmen!  Steve Bittner with a two goal game.  Scott Chodun, Larry “School Boy” Rowe and sub Paul Ericson with singles.  Moving up from his defense position, Brian Barr with a two goal game for the Hawks.  Barr’s first goal so upset Dar, that he heaved both of his gloves into the far corner of the rink!  It was classic Dar!  Rob Middleton with the Hawks final tally.

WINGS   3   FLYERS   1

A feisty affair, with ten penalties called in all.  Five for each team.  The Wings take control of the game with a thee zip lead.  Winger Steve Bayagich with the deuce.  Robbie Olmstead with the Wings first goal.  “Smoking” Joe Polizzi was outstanding in nets for the Wings.  Big Mike Folster was the only Flyer to solve Mr. Polizzi.  Steve Wink and Rob Rowling both take turns chopping each other for slashing penalties, as Wink also picks up a roughing minor and Rowling an unsportsmanlike conduct minor.

SHARKS   5     BRUINS   1

No contest here, as the Sharks jump out to a 4-0 lead and play keep away the rest of the game.  Billy Mac Jr., Jimmy Galloway and subs Scott Davenport, Greg Calvin and Mike Harke all tally for the first place Fish.  Goal-keep Greg Sutter with a nine save game.  Chuck Bowers with the lone Bruins goal as they drop a deuce today.

Hello there! Do you know if they make any plugins to help with Search Engine Optimization? I’m trying to get my
website to rank for some targeted keywords but I’m not seeing very good success.
If you know of any please share. Thanks!
