RIP JOHNNY “HOCKEY” GAUDREAU!
HAWKS – Good offense. It will probably take long time Bruins veteran player Joe Plati, a couple of weeks before he doesn’t pass to a yellow jersey. Ha ha. I don’t know the goalie, but I suspect he will see his share of shots.
BRUINS – Very solid forwards, defense and goalie! I like this team! Could very well be the team to beat! Great to see master play maker Jeff Tracy back in the fold.
HABS – Love the forwards – this team will score! Great to see long time Habs forward Mike Ala back in the fold. Besides stalwart defenseman Captain Kenny Wilkins, this D is a little long in the tooth. Excellent goalie who can more than make up for that. This team could very well be in the hunt.
WINGS – Love the offense. Defense will be a huge question mark. Can any of them stay home? Veteran puck stopper excels in net!
FLYERS – Without question – once again as last season, the team to beat in my humble opinion. Best goalie in the league, who should be playing on Thursday! The well traveled Sammy Bonanno leads a very talented group of forwards who will put points on the board. Defenseman are active, mobile and offensively inclined.
SHARKS – This squad will go as far as their offense will take them. More than capable goaltending, who will see a bevy of shots each game!
