The Flyers upend the Bruins in a very entertaining and well played game! Bobby Rutkoske and “Ticker” Chauvin were outstanding between the pipes! Captain Ryan O’Rourke snaps a 2-2 tie for the game winning goal. Sammy Bonanno and “Gentleman” Don Courtley also score for the top spot Flyers. Rob “Hurricane” Halbhuber and sub Scott Leslie tally for the Bruins.

Another well played playoff contest. Goalies – “Sugar” John Marchin and Sharks sub Paul Kaczmarek put on a highlight puck stopping clinic! Big Ben Haynes for the Sharks and sniper Ronnie Meltsner of the Wings were the games goal scorers in this penalty free game.
HAWKS 3 HABS 2
Continuing with the well played playoff games theme – the Hawks and goalie Brian Miller hang on and defeat the Habs, who score two goals late in the game on the same shift to make things very interesting at games end. Mark Smyth, Brian Belloli and Jack Priauix score for the Hawks. Stevie Lambert and Jimmy “Boog” Powell were the Habs marksman. Habs sub Kenny Debus incurs an unsportsmanlike minor penalty.
SHARKS 6 BRUINS 2
The Sharks defeat the Bruins a second consecutive time as they feast on the under subbed Bruins. This was the Gary Szalanski show, as he did his best Igor Larionov impression with a 2 goal and 2 assist game! Gary was dishing the puck on the tape all game! Ben Haynes and Steve Dietrich also with two goal games. Subbing for his Dad??? Matt Lawson with the hat trick assist. Steve Lemieux and sub Dougie Roehl score for the reeling Bruins in this penalty free game.
HAWKS 4 FLYERS 1
The Hawks snap the Flyers three game win streak in fine fashion, as they sweep on the day! Billy Hagen, Brian Belloli, Mark Smyth and Randy “The Fighting Irish” Debuel score for the Hawks. Goaler Brian Miller was stellar in nets! Flyers sub Spiess with their lone goal. Hawks fired up goalie Brian Miller picks up a solo roughing minor penalty. Flyers sub Paulie “Knuckles” Polizzi with an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
HABS 5 WINGS 2
it’s happening again! Never count out a Kenny Wilkins led playoff team, as the Habs now reside tied for second place in the playoff standings! Jimmy George with the tour du chapeau for the Frenchmen. Singles for David Herkowitz and sub Ken Debus. Ronnie Meltsner and Chuck Mouraine tally for the Wings. Mouraine also picks up a minor unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
