WINGS   3    BRUINS   3

The Bruins stun the Wings, as they score twice in less than a minute late in the game!  Bruins sub MacEachren scores his second goal of the game to tie it up.  Sub Steve “Mario” Lemieux with the Bruins first goal.  John Zucchini,  Marty Sell and showing up just in time for the game due to attending the Donald Trump rally at the Detroit Economic Club, Gary Enmark scores for the Wings.

STARS    3     LEAFS   2

Sometimes all it maters is if you have the right subs!  Stars sub Al Pyc, who participates in the “A” league, scores all of the Stars goals in this pivotal victory for the Stars.  Al Platt and Steve Dietrich tally for the Leafs in this penalty free  contest.

HABS    4     BRUINS   4

Bruins sub MacEachren scores shorthanded with the goalie pulled as the Bruins tie  twice today!  Once again fellow sub Steve Lemieux with a goal along with regulars Terry Masserant and Bob ‘Bugsy” Watson.  The Habs surrender a final period two goal lead.  Scoring for the Habs – Jeff Tracy, “Gentleman” Don Courtley and once again Kenny Wilkins and Ben Haynes.

WINGS   4    HAWKS   1

The top spot Wings break a 1-1 final period tie with three goals in a three minute span for the W.  Mike Ala with the Wings first two goals.  John Zuccarini and Dougie Roehl with singles.  Wings sub Rick “Ticker” Chauvin with a very strong game in nets.  As in game one – the Hawks only score one goal – as Steve Orr does the honors this time.
