FLYERS    7     SHARKS   1

Big game!  Both teams tied for second place just two points behind the leader.  One team showed up!  Inspired by last weeks scalding Curt’s Corner first game negative critique of the Flyers, the Flyers come clicking on all cylinders!  Providence call up Doug “Jeff” Beck with the natural hat trick in the final period!  Singles for Sam Bonanno, Ryan O’Rourke, Stevie Lambert and a shorthanded tally by Steve Lemieux.  Even though the score indicates a lop sided game, Flyers goalie Brian Miller still contributed with several key saves, as he stones Ben Haynes and sub John “Magnum” Higgins on breakaways!  Captain Steve Dietrich with the lone Shark goal.

HABS   5    BRUINS   3

The Frenchmen play an all-around solid game for the W!  Mike Ala with the deuce.  Robert Stempian, “Gentleman” Don Courtley and sub Matt Lawson with singles.   Bruins – Doug Wargo, Dave Debrincat and Ronnie Meltsner.

WINGS   2     HAWKS   1

The Wings play a typical Wings game and eke out the victory!  Steve Orr and Mark Smyth tally for the Wings.  Goal-keep Bobby Rutkoske was outstanding in nets!  Jimmy George scores for the Hawks.

SHARKS   4     BRUINS   1

The Sharks right the ship and send the Bruins to a double dip defeat.  Steve Dietrich, General Robert E. Lee, Bo Altherr and Randy Debuel score for the Fish.  Goaler Mike Schlimgen with an excellent game in nets!  Bobby Watson with the Bruins marker.

HABS   4     HAWKS   3

The Habs recover from last weeks two debacle’s and sweep on the day!  Playing some of the best hockey of his young career – Moncton call up Matt Lawson with a 2 and 2 game.  As in game one – Donald Courtley and Robert Stempian also score.  The Hawks go in the other direction as they won two games last week and drop a deuce today!  Cerebral winger Adam Godard with the deuce for the Hawks.  Jimmy George scores once again.

FLYERS   3    WINGS   0

The marquee game of the night!  With the victory, the Flyers are now tied with the Wings for the top spot with four games left in the season.  Flyers goalie Brian Miller was spot on this game as he shined in nets with the whitewash!  Steve Lemieux, Sammy Bonanno and sub Doug Beck do the honors for the Flyers.  Penalty minute leader Paulie “Knuckles” Polizzi of the Flyers picks up a couple of tripping and one solo roughing infractions and an early start to the locker room cooler.  Paulie never deserved a penalty that he received!  Just ask him!!  Captain Ryan O’Rourke goes down in the final period with a lower body injury and does not return.  No Wings highlights.  51 goals for and 51 goals against for the Wings this season!  A curious stat for a first place team to say the least!

Hi! Do you know if they make any plugins to assist
with SEO? I’m trying to get my blog to rank for some targeted keywords but I’m
not seeing very good results. If you know of any please share.
