Lehigh Valley call up Larry “School Boy” Rowe goes twine twice for the Flyers!  Singles for Keith Foucher and Sammy Bonanno.  Goal-keep Superman with a relatively light workload.  Pat “Crazy Legs” Berry with the Sharks marker, as they extend their winless streak to nine games!  The Sharks goaltender was NOT a happy camper this game, as frustration mounts for this squad.

Scoreless entering the final stanza – then the Wings score three times in six minutes to declaw the Hawks.  Deuces wild for Paul Vioalssi and Mark Smyth.  “Ticker” with the whitewash!  No Hawks highlights.

A well played very entertaining game, as the goalies – John Marchin and returning from a two week self imposed sabbatical, Mike Schmligen shine in nets!  Eddie Higgins and Dougie Roehl score for the men in yellow.  Donald Courtley and Mike Ala with the French goals in this penalty free game.

Veteran Sharks statesman Bruce Gooel, gives an impassioned four letter adjective laced pregame dialogue, that would put Lou Holtz to shame and the Sharks snap their nine game winless streak!  Pat Berry scores twice for the Fish.  Singles for Jim Chapie(Also 3 Helpers) and Ben Haynes.  Steve Lemieux, John Dooley and Jimmy “Boog” Powell tally for the Bruins.

As in game one – Donald Courtley and Mike Ala score for the Habs and goal-keep “Sugar” John Marchin shuts out the Hawks!  This was a rather uninspired mundane game as the Habs dominate.  Another rare occurrence – as the veteran laden last place Hawks, fail to score a single goal in today’s games and lose their fourth game in a row.

Wings sub Ken Debus scores the game only goal as Wings goalie “Ticker” records the rare double shoutout!  Good job “Ticker!”  As the Flyers lead the league in penalty minutes, they are now bringing to their bench the below item, just in case the opposition maybe in need.
