Steve “Mario” Lemieux of the Bruins scores his second goal of the game with the goalie pulled and a minute left in the contest for the tie!  Jim “Boog” Powell  with their initial goal.  Ryan O’Rourke, Ronnie Meltsner and Adam Godard score for the Flyers.

The Hawks open up a 4-0 first period lead and defeat the Sharks behind the stellar goaltending of “The Bob” Rutkoske!  Mark Smyth with the deuce.  Singles for Doug Wargo, Paul Polizzi(PP) and sub Larry “School Boy” Rowe.  Sharks sub Bob “Bugsy” Watson picks up a solo minor roughing penalty.

3-3 after one period and 5-5 after two periods.  The Wings sport six subs today as name tags were handed out pregame.  Todd Schurman scores twice for the Wings.  Singles for Bill “Rupert” Murdock and subs Pat Collins and Mark “Jeff” Lynn.  Al Pyc and “Gentleman” Don Courtley both score twice for the French guys.  Deceased American politician Bill Richardson lookalike(See Picture Below) Howard Smith with a late first period goal.

Which is becoming a welcome habit – Bruins goalie Brian Miller with the shutout!  He did have a light workload with a twelve save game.  Jimmy Klimkowski with the Bruins insurance marker.  Unknown with the game winning goal.  The last place Wings are now winless in their past six games.

SHARKS   3    HABS    2

The Sharks score three final period goals for the split.  Sub Bobby Watson snaps the the 2-2 tie with the game winning goal!  Ben Haynes and Mike Krueger also score for the Fish.  Superman with a strong effort in nets.  Chuck Mouraine and Kenny Wilkins with the Habs goals as they play two tough good games today!

Bruce Buntin with the power play game winning Flyers goal!  Ronnie Meltsner with their first goal.  Puck Stopper Mike Haines was outstanding between the pipes!  Billy Hagen with the lone Hawks marker.
