HABS 4 SHARKS 2
Scoring machine Jeff Ivory scores the Habs final two goals to break the 2-2 tie and send the Frenchmen to the W! Kenny “Prime Time” Wilkins with the Habs first two goals. Steve “Barney Miller” Dietrich scores twice on the same shift for the Sharks! “Gentleman” Don Courtley(Slash) and Sharks sub Mike Krueger(Cross Check) take turns sharing their lumber and hit the box in tandem. In the first period, “Gentleman” Courtley(Cross Check) and rekown pugilist Chris Zanke(Roughing) which was his first of 2 infractions today, exchange unpleasantries.
HAWKS 2 BRUINS 0
“Bobby, Bobby, Bobby” echoed throughout the rink, as Bobby Rutkoske racks up his third consecutive playoff shutout! Talk about a wall! Republicans Gary Enmark and sub Kevin Mahon light the lamp for the Hawks. No Bruins highlights in this penalty free game.
WINGS 6 FLYERS 3
The Wings score five first period goals and ground the Flyers! Billy Hagen with the hat trick! Singles for Jack Jenereaux, John “Cowboy” Schroder and Hungarian sub Churilla. Facilitator Peter Gibb with the hat trick assist. Flyers – Brian Belloli(2) and Robert E. Lee. This was a penalty free game.
HAWKS 3 FLYERS 2
The top spot Hawks and hands on favorite to win the Sam Cupp, win their fifth playoff game in a row! Al Pyc, Steve Orr and once again – Gary Enmark tally for the Hawks. Kudos to the Flyers, who were able to score twice against Hawks net-minder Bobby Rutkoske! Jimmy “Boog” Powell and sub Steve “Mario” Lemieux do the honors for the Flyers, who drop a deuce today.

Marty Sell, Al “Mike” Phipps and Eddie “The Eagle” Higgins dent the twine for the Fish! Tough day for the Bruins today as they get blanked twice. Goaltender Mike Mostyn was wondering after the game if they want him to stop the puck and score!
HABS 3 WINGS 1
The Habs sweep for the day, behind another two goal game from Jeff “The Rocket” Ivory! 15 goals in just 8 playoff games for this French phenom! There are rumblings, that he just may get bumped up to the “A” league next season! Donald Courtley with the game winning goal. Goal-keep Sir Kevin Beebe with a strong game in nets. Sir Kevin was spotted lighting up a huge stogie outside Joe Kools following the game. Billy Hagen with their lone marker.
